Is it a safe way to shop?
Mr. Fub's Party protects your shopping experience. As a member of the Specialty Toys Network, we use the trusted COMODOTM SSL security system (for more details, click on Security at the bottom of this page.
Will I pay sales tax on my purchase?
Ohio residents will pay tax according to the Ohio County that product is delivered to. The tax is included in the price of each item listed on your purchase order.
What happens to my order once I fill my shopping cart and complete the on-line transaction?
Mr. Fub's Party confirms your order with an email receipt summarizing what you bought. We pack your toys with care in sturdy mailing boxes. Most boxes will contain more than one toy. When we send your toys on their way, you will get another email telling you how many packages you will receive. Please help us speed your purchase to you by checking that your address information is accurate and complete.
How will my order be shipped?
Your toys will be shipped by FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We will do our best to get your purchase to you within 7 business days of placing your order.
Mr. Fubs regrets that it cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii or international addresses at this time.
What if I order something that is out of stock?
Sometimes we will temporarily sell out of a toy. If your order includes something that is temporarily out of stock Mr. Fub's Party will let you know with a phone call or by email. We will ship the in-stock toys immediately and send you the others as soon as we can. You may choose to cancel your order for the out-of-stock items when we contact you.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If something is damaged in shipping, contact us right away and save all the packing material so that a claim can be made with the shipper. Please have the delivery person make note of any obviously dented or damaged boxes. Mr. Fub's Party will ship a replacement to you.
Can I return a toy?
If a toy arrives damaged or broken, we will send replacement parts, replace the toy or refund its price as a credit card return. For other returns, the toy must be in its original package and unused. Please explain the problem to us within 14 days by email or phone. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
